What is MNsure?
MNsure is Minnesota’s official health insurance marketplace where you can find and compare plans, and access financial help to lower your costs.
Who qualifies for MNsure?
Minnesota residents who need health coverage may qualify. Income, household size, and other factors determine your eligibility for financial assistance.
What documents do I need to enroll?
Bring ID, Social Security numbers, income information (pay stubs or tax return), and current insurance info if you have any.
When is open enrollment?
Open enrollment runs through January 15. After that, you may still qualify through special enrollment if you have a life change.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, but appointments guarantee dedicated time with a navigator.
