Metropolis Health, our MNsure navigator agency based in Columbia Heights, is scheduled to conduct an onsite MNsure Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare renewal and enrollment outreaching event at Dar-Al-Qalam Center located in northeast Minneapolis on 81 Lowry Ave NE, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55418 on Friday, May 31st from 10am to 3pm.

Our trained MNsure navigators and/or assisters will enroll your new MNsure applications and will complete MNsure renewal applications onsite. Those individuals who prefer in-person or over the phone appointments will be scheduled for phones and/or in-person office appointments onsite as well.
